I 've got a bottle of Testors dullcote lacquer that I bought a little over a year ago & in the past month or so has gotten progressively darker. It's now between dark brown & almost black. I tried it on a couple scrap pieces & it seems to come out ok but I'm afraid to use it on a model I'm building & have a problem show up a few months or so afterwards. Is it ok to use it this way or should I just throw it out & get another bottle? Does anyone know what causes this?
