Aston Martin?s racing division was a little late to the game, as it was first formed in 2004, but it has enjoyed relative success in such a short period of time. After several years of struggles, the British company replaced its DBRS9 GT3 racer with the 2012 Aston Martin Vantage GT3, which had limited success as well. Now with the 2015 racing season coming up, Aston Martin has teased us with a new 2015 Vantage GT3 that will debut at the 2015 Geneva Auto Show.
The model is still a bit of a mystery, as Aston only showed us a quick teaser video. That said, the car should be pretty simple to put together in one?s mind, given it is just a race-ready version of the Vantage we already know.
Unfortunately, the teaser video did not tell us when to expect to see the new Vantage GT3 on the track, but chances are it will enter racing shortly after making its debut in March 2015.
