in the middle of the chaos of the holidays, building mold boxes, pouring molds, and casting resin, my two super detailed builds, the shelby gt-r, and the mr2's had gotten bogged down, and i had basically shelved them to concentrate on making all these tiny resin motors.
i decided the best way to kick start my building again was to do a quick curbside kit, and since i had a lot of these rx-7's laying around why not burn one of these up.
first thing was to happen was to dremel off this stupid plate holder.
then it was gray primer, 500-1000 grit dry sanding. bake in the dehydrator, and sit for 24 hours, then tamiya super fine white primer, and 500-1200 grit wet sanding.
