I just finished this build Saturday and its complete except for the coil which I'll add later. Its based on the new Revell Dart kit but about the only thing I used from the kit was the body. Its a static build which means it doesn't button up and open and close. It displays as you see it in the pictures. I used the Revell chassis pan as a base to build on and scratch built a new funny car cage, front end trusses, coil overs, wheelie wheels and so on. I used lots of photo etched pieces like Dzus fasteners, nut and bolt heads etc.. I made the seat belt harness from medical tape and PE buckles and the window net is also from medical tape. Some resin pieces also like the electronic boxes. Lots of custom stuff but maybe the pics will tell the story. MM paints and clear. I liked the kit decals well enough to use the name on the doors.
